To All CAFA Members:

As the newly elected President of our organization, I would like to report that the 2007
convention in Marco Island was a resounding success. The new meeting format was very well received and allowed everyone time to network, learn more about our ever-changing industry and also relax. The recently renovated Marriott proved to be a beautiful venue for our group and we look forward to returning next year. The 2009 convention will be held on the west coast and then probably back to Florida for 2010 and 2011.

As you will read in the attached newsletter there are many new and exciting changes in
our organization. Most importantly the redesigned web site will be the “media driver” for
communications, annual membership renewal and convention registration. It will also
have a member’s only section to offer machinery and slow moving inventory for sale to
the members.

Your current board of directors is committed to making CAFA a stronger organization
that will actively serve the needs of its expanding membership. If you did not attend last
year’s convention I strongly urge you to plan on joining us next year.
